Ingredients:
1 pack of Loriente Serrano Ham
100g of sushi rice or bomba rice
160ml of water
1 avocado
50ml of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
Soy sauce for serving
Steps:
- Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove the starch, place it in a pot with 160ml of water, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce to a low heat and cook for 20 minutes without lifting the lid.
- After this time, uncover and allow the rice to cool.
- Mix the rice vinegar with the sugar and drizzle it over the rice.
- On a sushi mat, spread a layer of cling film and arrange the Loriente Serrano Ham slices into a square on top.
- Spread a thin layer of rice over the ham and place avocado strips at one end.
- Carefully roll it up using the sushi mat.
- Once rolled, remove the cling film and cut the roll with a very sharp knife.
- Serve with soy sauce.
