Chorizos in White Wine

Ingredients:

3 Loriente Mild Chorizo

200ml of white wine

2 bay leaves

A small glass of water, if needed

Steps:

  1. Using a toothpick, prick the Loriente Mild Chorizos and place them in a pot with the bay leaves, then pour in the white wine to cover them.
  2. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. If all the wine evaporates and they become dry, you can add a little water.
  3. Once cooked, slice the chorizos and return them to the pot, or place them in a clay dish, and drizzle with a little cooking juice.
  4. Serve with bread.
