Assorted Toasts

Ingredients:

1 loaf of rustic-style bread, sliced

1 pack of Salchichón

1 pack of Loin

1 pack of Chorizo

2 ripe tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Toast the bread slices until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, grate the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over each toasted slice, then spread the grated tomato on top.
  4. Top with slices of chorizo, loin, and salchichón.

Ready to eat.
