One of the most traditional dry cured Spanish meat snacks, now improved using DUROC meat. It guarantees a superior taste and savoury bite due to its tenderness and high degree of infiltered fat. Ideally to share with friends cutting it in thin slices.


INGREDIENTS: Pork meat and fat, salt, dextrin, dextrose, stabiliser (E-450i), spices, aromas, antioxidant (E-301, E-331iii), preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural pork casing. GLUTEN FREE. LACTOSE FREE. Store in a cool, dry place.


Keep refrigerated at between 0ºC and 5ºC. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
