Iberico Cebo Shoulder 50% Iberico Breed

Iberico Cebo Shoulder 50% Iberico Breed: The product comes from the front extremity of the Iberico pig, which has undergone a curing, drying, and aging process and has been stripped of all its bone components, as well as the rind. After deboning, it has been subjected to a pressing and molding process.


Iberico Chorizo

Iberico chorizo: Sausage made with meats and fat from Iberico pork, coarsely chopped, that has undergone a salting process, to which paprika and other spices, seasonings, and ingredients have been added. It is then kneaded and stuffed, undergoing a drying-maturation process that ensures good stability and imparts its typical aroma and flavor.


Loin of Iberico Cebo 50% Iberico breed

Loin of Iberico Cebo 50% Iberico breed: Product made from the common lumbosacral mass extending into the longissimus dorsi muscle, costal ilium, and semispinal thoracic muscles, practically free of external fat, aponeurosis, and tendons. It is salted, marinated (added with salt, paprika, and other authorized spices, condiments, and additives), and stuffed into casings, undergoing an appropriate maturation and drying process. Once cured, it is peeled.


Iberico Salchichon

Iberico salchichon: A cured sausage made from minced meat and fat from Iberico pigs, with a coarse grind, to which pepper has been added as a characterizing ingredient along with other spices and ingredients. It is stuffed into artificial casings and has undergone a drying-maturation process, ensuring good product stability and its own unique organoleptic characteristics.

Iberico Salchichon: Iberico pork meat and fat, salt, dextrose, soy protein, spices, flavourings, stabilizers (E-451i, E-450i), flavour enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250), and food colouring (E-120).
