Serrano reserve ham Duroc pork cross: The product comes from the hind leg of the Duroc cross pig, which has undergone a treatment of salting, drying, and curing, and has been stripped of all its bone components, as well as the rind. After deboning, it has undergone a pressing and molding process
Chorizo extra cross Duroc pork: Sausage made with meat and fat from Duroc-cross pigs, with a coarse grinding grade, which has undergone a salting process, to which paprika has been added as a characteristic ingredient along with other spices, seasonings, and ingredients, mixed and stuffed, which have undergone a drying-maturation process that ensures good stability and gives it its typical aroma and flavor.
Lomo cured Duroc pork cross: Product made from the common lumbosacral mass that extends into the longissimus dorsi muscle, iliocostal, and semispinal muscles of the thorax, and is practically free of external fat, aponeurosis, and tendons. It is salted, marinated (with added salt, paprika, and other authorized spices, condiments, and additives), and stuffed into casings, undergoing an appropriate maturation and drying process. Once cured, it is peeled.
Extra salchichón cross Duroc pork: Sausage made with meats and fat from Duroc cross pigs, coarsely minced, to which pepper has been added as a characteristic ingredient along with other spices and ingredients. It has been stuffed into artificial casing and has undergone a drying-maturation process, ensuring good product stability and unique organoleptic characteristics.

Cross Duroc Cured Lomo: Pork loin, salt, spices, sugar, olive oil, dextrose, antioxidant (E-301), and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).
