Spanish Broken Eggs with Serrano Ham

Ingredients:

1 large potato

3 eggs

100g of Loriente Reserva Serrano Ham slices

Olive oil for frying

Salt to taste

Steps:

  1. Peel the potato and fry it in a pan with plenty of hot oil until it starts to turn golden. Remove and set aside on a serving dish.
  2. In the same oil, fry the eggs until the edges turn crispy. Carefully remove them and place them on top of the potatoes. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Distribute the Loriente Reserve Serrano Ham slices over the eggs and serve.
  4. At the table, break the eggs and mix everything together before eating.
