Ingredients:
4 Loriente Extra Tender Loin steaks
¼ teaspoon of oregano
¼ teaspoon of thyme
A few fresh parsley leaves
A few fresh mint leaves
A few fresh basil leaves
50g of butter
Juice of half a lemon and the zest
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Place the Loriente Extra Tender Loin steaks in a shallow dish and marinate with the thyme, oregano, lemon juice, and a bit of salt and pepper. Coat both sides well and refrigerate for about two hours.
- Heat a pan and cook the extra tender Loriente loin steaks on both sides to your liking. Add the butter and fresh herbs, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve the steaks with lemon zest sprinkled on top, some freshly chopped herbs, and a bit of the butter sauce from the pan.
