Serrano Pizza

Ingredients:

200g of flour

200ml of water

3 tablespoons of oil

1/4 sachet of baker’s yeast

1 pack of Loriente Serrano Ham

4 tablespoons of fried tomato sauce

A handful of rocket

100g of grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  1. Mix the flour and yeast, add the water and oil, and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for around 40 minutes.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and stretch it with your hands into a round shape.
  4. Spread the fried tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with oregano and a little Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C, or until it starts to turn golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with rocket, slices of Loriente Serrano Ham, and a bit more Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve.
