Iberico Cebo Ham 50% Iberico Breed

Iberico Cebo Ham 50% Iberico Breed: The product comes from the hind leg of the Iberico pig, which has undergone a salting, drying, and maturation process, with all its bone components and skin removed. After deboning, it has undergone a pressing and shaping process.


Iberico Chorizo

Iberico chorizo: Cured sausage made from meats and fat of Iberico pork, with a coarse grind, that has undergone a salting process, to which paprika has been added as a characteristic ingredient along with other spices, condiments, and ingredients. It is then kneaded and stuffed, undergoing a drying-maturation process that ensures good stability and imparts its typical aroma and flavour.


Iberico Cebo Loin 50% Iberian Breed

Iberico Cebo Loin 50% Iberian Breed: Product made from the common lumbosacral mass that extends into the longissimus dorsi muscle, iliocostal, and semispinal thorax muscles, and is practically free of external fat, aponeurosis, and tendons. It is salted, marinated (with added salt, paprika, and other spices, seasonings, and authorized additives), and stuffed into casings, undergoing an appropriate aging and drying process. Once cured, it is peeled.


Iberico Salchichon

Iberico salchichon: A cured sausage made with meat and fat from Iberico pigs, featuring a coarse grind. It is seasoned with pepper as a characteristic ingredient along with other spices and ingredients. The mixture is stuffed into artificial casings and undergoes a drying-maturation process, ensuring good product stability and distinctive organoleptic characteristics.

Iberico Chorizo: Iberico pork meat and fat, salt, spices and spice extract, soy protein, dextrin, dextrose, stabilizer (E-450iii), antioxidant (E-316), preservatives (E-252, E-250), and food colouring (E-120).


Iberico Cebo Loin 50% Iberian Breed

Iberico Cebo Loin 50% Iberico breed: Iberico cebo pork loin, salt, spices, sugar, olive oil, dextrose, antioxidant (E-301), and preservatives (E-250 and E-252).


Iberico Salchichon

Iberico Salchichon: Iberico pork meat and fat, salt, dextrose, soy protein, spices, flavourings, stabilizers (E-451i, E-450i), flavour enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250), and food colouring (E-120).
